We had a wonderful stay! The manager, Marco, was extremely kind, always ready to help with anything we needed, and also a great conversationalist, which made us feel very welcome. Claudio was also incredibly helpful and we truly appreciate his support during our stay. They also arranged our transfer to the airport at a very good price, which made everything even more convenient. Overall, excellent service and hospitality – highly recommended!

Apartament had everything we could have wish for in holiday rental. Air conditioning was a life-saving feature during the heatwave, pool was always ready in the morning, and view of Rome from terrace was breathtaking 👌 we had some beach toys for kids, games and books at the apartment. Parking space was shaded, which again was a godsend! The best part was a fimily of cats living at the property. My kids went bananas for them. Pool can be enjoyed at night due to the mood lighting and view from balcony is second to none after sunset. I think that pictures don't do justice to this amazing villa. Tiziana is an angel. Every day, she was looking after us and going above and beyond to please us. Also, we had a bit of an emergency, and she made it her priority to help us She made the whole experience 11 out of 10.
