The host is amazing! She shared lots of local knowledge and history of the property. She was always available and nothing was ever a problem. The traditional, homemade Italian breakfasts were outstanding!

A great little spot just any easy stroll out of the main walled area of Lucca. The owners were very friendly and went the extra mile to make us feel welcome and looked after. A great pool area with 15 sunbeds around the pool with umbrellas for shade and a great roof top area too. You even get the use of pool towels. All outdoor furniture seems new. Great for people with cars and/or if they like a walk or cycle into town.

Excellent location just out of Lucca in the countryside. Beautiful setting. The staff were incredibly helpful and could be more helpful. Had dinner there too, the food was very very good. Also loved the breakfast. Super excellent accomodation.

We had a wonderful stay in Villa Camilla. The garden was amazing and very quiet and it was about 15 min walk (with kids) to the city wall of Lucca. We hope to come again and can definitely reccommend it! Walter was a wonderful host.

Exceptional location. Totally exceptional and unique building. Due to the opening roof it is difficult to keep insects out. But this is a very low price to pay for this once-in-your-lifetime location and building.

Position is ideal, but lower room very cold , no hand rail on steps to bed room, no towel hanger, need for new bath tawel. Very good kitchen for self catering. Good car parking but no possibility to go with car near the rooms with car to download luggage’s

Such a gorgeous property. Our hosts were so lovely and did everything they could to make us feel comfortable and also to make us smile. The place was very very clean and we loved the attention the detail on making sure the food was always clean without any flies e.g cereals kept in little glass jars and all pastries in nice containers. This property is a little slice of paradise which I recommend whole heartedly to anyone looking for a quiet spot to relax. Thank you so much for your hospitality!

Absolutely gorgeous place with its own charm & beauty … slightly older fashion but still looks presentable ,, the orange blossoms by the entrance made a stamp on my memory..

Safe parking, quiet air-conditioning and goodnight sleep

We had a very pleasant stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Private parking was easy to access and secure, which was a big plus. The location is great - just a 10-minute walk to the center of Lucca. We really appreciated the excellent nearby restaurant recommendations, and breakfast offered a good variety. Would happily stay here again.

A big house with long history

Beautiful location, ran by a lovely couple who kept the hotel clean and cozy. Located within walking distance to multiple tasty and well priced restaurants. Lucca was a short drive away and well worth the visit. We had rain on one of the nights and made use of the many games available for guests in the lobby. On the following sunnier morning we made the most of the pool. The breakfast was delightful! You choose which type of pastry you would like to accompany the buffet ahead of breakfast, and can smell them being made on site the night before. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting in the area, and would happily go back.

It was an excellent experience to stay at the Villa La Preziosa. The Villa is very nicely renovated, excellent hospitality by the owners family with a very delicious breakfast.
