Very friendly and helpful host, the location was very good for what I needed (easy to drive to from Malpensa and easy to go to Linate the next morning) , super nice host , flexible with my check-in time and I could not find any issues.

Staff were exceptional, especially Ms. Shiana, who went out of her way to greet us knowing we were from Malaysia. We received a room upgrade and even a complimentary bottle of champagne; a perfect way to cap off the end of our honeymoon. We were really touched by her hospitality and service. The room was large and clean, with all the amenities expected of a 5 star hotel. The location is also exceptional, as it is right outside of the metro and within 10 mins walking distance to the Duomo. There is basement parking if you're driving and the staff will even help you register your car for the Area C ZTL, where the hotel is located. Overall, the hotel staff made us feel very welcome and we'll be sure to stay at the Radisson again the next time we're in Milan.

Everything was absolutely perfect. The lady at the reception is incredibly nice. Our room was even ready an hour earlier, which made us very happy. The room was nicely cleaned and the pool was absolutely perfect and especially warm. ❤️

Magdalena was so lovely and helpful. We had a problem with our car and are so grateful - she was very kind to try and help us resolve it including flexibly extending our stay as we got more information. The property is just wonderful and their horses are charming, the sight of one old retired horse having a lovely roll in some lavender will stay with us. We look forward to staying again.

We really enjoyed our stay. The terrace was fantastic and a great place to relax after a busy day in Milan. The location was excellent – quiet and peaceful, yet very convenient for reaching the city centre by metro. The apartment was also more spacious than we expected, which was a lovely surprise. Communication with the host was easy and everything was well organised.
