Rita and her staff were the most welcoming and kindest people who really went above and beyond during our stay. Il Portichetto is the loveliest most peaceful place to return to after a busy day of being around the hustle and bustle of tourists. It's lovely and clean and the kids really enjoyed the pool.The breakfast was amazing and we have never had such lovely Croissants! Thankyou Rita, we hope to return again.

An absolutely stunning apartment with a magical view of Lake Como! The host was incredibly warm and gave us a personal touch that made our stay special. The place was spotless, perfectly organized, and they clearly thought of every little detail for the guests. Having a private parking space was a huge plus. Highly recommended!

The view from this property is absolutely spectacular. It’s in a peaceful location close to Varenna to be able to get the ferry to other beautiful towns if you want to explore. Property has everything you need and more and is really a gem ! The booking system for pool and hot tub works and ensures everyone has the opportunity to use it.

We arrived Ona dark rainy night, bedraggled and anxiety-ridden due to the dark roads. Then we met our angel Super Nonna Silvi who was such a blessing to us: cooking home cooked meals both nights for us, eating with us and chatting viz Google translate, and sharing so many deep belly laughs. We wanted to take both Silvi and her big Bernese Mountain Dog Lieba home with us!
