Second time I stay here. Love this place. Will always be my choice when visiting Madaba. There were fruits in my room, which was very nice. One day the breakfast buffet wasn’t set up but because I was their guest, they made me my own breakfast, so sweet. Absolutely love their hospitality. I feel like I’m at home when I visit Grand. Visited from Texas. Must be something about the land being elevated, both physically and spiritually-- slept very well. Spacious room, affordable, in city center and a few minutes drive from Mount Nebo. Hotel staff were exceedingly friendly and ask for Towfeeq if you need a local driver and guide. He's a true son of the soil and I had a blast with him showing me all over the dead sea, Amman, and even a hot springs visited by locals and previously Herod the great.

The property exceeded all our expectations. The pool and jacuzzi, were clean and neat. The jacuzzi had a phenomenal view, overlooking the Dead Sea. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable. There was plenty of space to enjoy group activities as well as have a solo retreat by the pool. The kitchen was stocked with all the basic equipment. The host of the property went above and beyond to help us with every question and requirement. The supervisor of the property was helpful and very friendly. Overall there were no negatives to our stay. We even were able to extend our stay with no problems at all.
