Very cute property with lovely garden & pool. We had a triple room and was a bit tight with the sofa bed extended but quite comfortable - and would be spacious for 2! Owner was super kind and responsive via whatsapp to make our stay comfortable. Breakfast is russian style food (not buffet) served when you want - good food but would like some fruit or veggies. Convenient location 10 min from bus station & in the midst of restaurants & shops. Easy walk down to Issy Kul beach. Overall, pleasant stay & would recommend !

Everything. The location was close to everything. The yard was beautiful. The room was nice and clean. The host Audrey was super kind and helpful. I arrived a little late at night and he picked me up from the bus stop, which made me feel very safe and comfortable. Cholpon-ata is a beautiful town, it’s not big, but the scenery is wonderful, and you get so many outdoor activities to do. I will definitely visit again in future.
