we loved everything about this hotel , the big lush garden , the beautiful Khmer villa , the staff and the food . the service was excellent. the one bedroom villa we initially booked was flooded (before our arrival ) and we got upgraded in a stunning 2 bedroom villa. the hotel arranged a late checkout for us free of charge . Thank you for this wonderful stay .

Reception staffs are readily available to attend to your needs and to answer any question you may have about the accommodation itself. (Or you can be smart and instead inquire them about the local spots and activities to explore within the culturally rich, ancient city of Siem Reap.) Overall, the accommodation can be catered to a variety of traveling dynamics–family, friend groups, long-term visitors, or basically anyone who would like to experience a luxury apartment-stay while not breaking the bank for it.

The hotel is really beautiful with trees and a pool zone. However, the most important thing is the staff which is kind, helpful and polite.
