This was a nice hotel. Check in and check out was friendly and smooth. Room was clean big bed and great space with all the amentites to use. the pool was nice and offers from the hotel were abundent and was interesting. the location is great, I can walk or take a quick ride with a tuktuk waiting at the front of the hotel for cheap if needed. the staff was very friendly and helpful very informative as well.

Caroline's place is perfect and she is a wonderful host. The service is exceptional before you even arrive. Caroline is prompt in answering all your questions and even saved me alot of money by advising she can call tuk tuks to Angkor Wat once we arrive as I had previously booked a very expensive private car. The villa itself is VERY CLEAN. Often alot of accommodations you see online with good ratings turn out to be a huge disappointment when you get there, but not Banana Resort. It is as spotless as what you see in the pictures. The food is also delicious and reasonably priced. Breakfast is exceptional with both sweet and savoury dishes and the resort offers free filtered water for the duration of your stay. I can't usually be bothered to rate places but Banana Resort was absolutely fabulous experience.

We had a great time at this hotel. The staffs were so friendly and helpful. It’s not at the center but takes less than 10 min to get to the pub street by Tuktuk. Also it’s quite n peaceful area. The breakfast was also good. The shower was hot n strong! I highly recommend.

Our stay here was fantastic. The hotel's location, food, service, staff, and rooms were all great. The staff went out of their way to assist us and provide helpful advice. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and offered a stunning view pool.
