The view from the room was beyond expectations, it's absolutely surreal. The staff at the property is so helpful and caring and they also helped me plan my day trips to near-by waterfalls and treks. They also pick you from the train station as a complimentary ride. Overall top-notch hospitability.

Fantastic location and views. Splendid spacey very nicely designed and comfortable cabin with fabulous private infinity pool. Staff is attentive, they serve very good food, you can order a private and amazing breakfast. Beds are gorgeous as well as bathroom and everything else there.

I just enjoyed a very nice 02 night stay with my wife at the beautiful hotel, will definitely be returning back to the same place with family. It was a newly opened hotel, and functioned very well with no issue, the rooms was spacious and clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful, food was amazing, the portions sizes were very big. The linen was not as soft, maybe because its still fresh, but overall loved everything.

Te Dalu Resort and Spa is located in one of the best locations I have ever visited in Ella. The surrounding nature and mountain atmosphere make it truly special. The scenic view from the property is absolutely beautiful, especially during sunrise and sunset. It is also very easy to access and close to main attractions like the Nine Arch Bridge. The service was excellent. All staff members were very helpful, friendly, and always ready to support us with anything we needed. They made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. The food was also delicious and unique, with great local flavors. Every meal was enjoyable and well prepared. Overall, this was a wonderful stay and I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Ella.

The rooms were clean and i got a nice view room but the management is poor. Their swimming pool and rooms are huge. I loved the view of my room. I just loved the service of one youngster pidusariya may his name. He really gave a good service.

Extremely beautiful area, very peaceful and relaxing. The houses are very cosy, nice swimming pool, great breakfast and dinner. Host organized transport to our next destination and we had a couple of stops to see some beautiful waterfalls. Highly recommended! :)
