Our stay at Andriyala was excellent from start to finish. The hotel is located in a peaceful and beautiful area with amazing mountain views, making it perfect for relaxation. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable with modern facilities. The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. Their hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. The food was delicious, especially breakfast, with fresh and tasty options. The pool area was beautiful and relaxing, especially during sunset. Overall, this hotel offers luxury, comfort, and tranquility. Highly recommended for couples, families, or anyone looking for a quiet getaway. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful architecture- really clean and well finished rooms. Amazing surroundings and the rooms come with a range of bathroom bits. The staff literally couldn’t do more to help you. They took me for hikes, visits to the waterfall and gave me lots of yummy treats throughout my stay.

Our stay in Green Valley was memorable. It's close to Haputale and the main attractions and waterfalls. There is a bus stand just right in front of the hotel. There are nice and affordable rooms in the jungle. The staff are friendly and always happy to help. The food was awesome as well.

The staff was very helpful and accommodating. They would pack a picnic lunch for us on request and help plan our days. Incredible views from the rooms.

Capoe House is a wonderful villa with two room among terraced rice fields and mountains. Its hard to get there. The hotel offroad will pick you up in the village and bring you to an amazing place outside of civilization. The view from the room is breathtaking and the staff are amazingly nice and helpful and will do anything for you. The chef cooks just for you and the food is great (except for the beef :-))

Where do we begin? From the moment we stepped through the door we were knew this was going to be a highlight of our holiday. The hotel arranged a free pickup from Haputale train station and greeted us with a hot towel and a welcome drink. The location and view are breathtaking, the food is amazing and plentiful, and the cocktails were some of the best we’ve had. The rooms are beautiful with such attention to detail. We won’t spoil some of the wonderful touches that you will experience during your stay, but you will not be disappointed. The main reason why this place is so special is thanks to the wonderful team of people who work here. Exceptionally attentive in an understated kind of way. In a country where we have experienced nothing but great service and genuine hospitality this place really takes it to the next level thanks to everyone we met during our stay. We were made to feel like this was our home from home and loved it so much we extended our stay by one day. The ride up to Lipton’s seat is a must and we recommend walking part way back to enjoy the serene atmosphere of walking through the tea bushes and the tea pickers. Also, be sure to walk around the hotel property. If you are really lucky you might be joined for breakfast by the inquisitive monkeys. Sure, it’s not going to be the cheapest place you stay, but in our opinion it’s worth every penny. If you are looking for a little piece of heaven in Sri Lanka you’ve just found it! Definitely our favourite hotel of our holiday.

We had a perfect stay. The view was absolutely fantastic and the room was very spacious and comfortable. The host Gamini and his team were extraordinarily friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home from the very beginning. The food was very good too. We would highly recommend this place and would love to return.

I stayed at Villa Vista , and it was such a beautiful experience from start to finish. The villa sits right on top of a hill surrounded by nature waking up to the sound of birds and seeing the mist rolling over the mountains was just magical. The rooms were super clean, cozy, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. You can tell that the place is really well taken care of. The food was another highlight everything was freshly prepared and tasted amazing! Every meal felt homemade and full of flavor. The staff were honestly the best part, thank you nuwan and sampath for your services . They were so kind, attentive, and always ready to help with anything. Their hospitality made me feel completely at home, and I really appreciated the warmth and care they showed throughout my stay.If you’re looking for a peaceful escape surrounded by nature, with great food and wonderful people. I’d definitely love to come back!

We had a wonderful stay at this villa. When you step into the atrium, breathtaking views open up in front of you. The villa is located high on top of a hill, and the road leading there is winding and a bit challenging, but absolutely worth it for the views. We stayed in a corner room with stunning views all around. It’s a perfect place to relax and disconnect. Lunch and dinner are also available at the villa for 20$, which makes it very convenient to stay in and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere.

Excellent breakfast, very friendly staff

We loved absolutely everything about our stay at GlenMyu Estate. Our hosts, Ruwanthi and Michael couldn't have been more kind and friendly. They live in paradise and are very open and happy to share it with their guests. The views are magnificent. Many different bird species inhabit or visit the property daily. The pool is truly beautiful and its surrounds are the perfect place to immerse oneself in serenity to the gentle sounds of trickling water from the stream. Our room was gorgeous! Everything is so cleverly and tastefully designed. I loved my tour with Ru showing me around their abundant garden...you name it, they grow it, and probably you will eat it at your next meal, prepared in a delicious way, often to a super Sri Lankan recipe. Ru has an extensive knowledge of the plants she grows and their culinary and medìcinal uses. Ru's cooking is out of this world. She is a magician in sauce making. Her freshly made bread is a delight to see at the breakfast table each morning, and her cinnamon buns are legendary. Ru gently introduced us to Sri Lankan cuisine and explained the ingredients and cooking methods used to produce these delicious dishes. We loved every moment of our three wonderful days in this paradise and hope we can return soon.

Absolutely stunning views! The meals can be customized to your needs if you speak with the General Manager; I requested a jackfruit curry, and they were happy to prepare it for me. The garden and surroundings provide a beautiful setting for breakfast, and the swimming pool is a fantastic bonus. ​There is also a friendly neighborhood dog who will hang out a few meters away if you let him. He’s very calm—not pushy or jumpy—and just lies down nearby for company. I nicknamed him 'Scoop Dooby Do' because of the funny sounds he makes. He loves to join you for walks downhill and looks a bit disappointed if you take a taxi or tuk-tuk instead! Haha.

Great Value Stay A very good value for money stay. Slightly away from Ella town, but reachable within 30 minutes if you have transport. The staff are extremely helpful and go out of their way to make your stay memorable. Highly recommended.

We loved everything about this property. After the business of the cities our stay at Train View Chalet was a much needed retreat for 2 nights. Quite and tranquil, we felt like we were in the midst of the forest. You can tell immediately the respect & care the team have for animals and local environment. They even have their own native bee hives!!! Eranda and his staff could not have been more helpful. We chose to have dinner here both nights instead of venturing out and glad we did. The food was delicious, we chose local cuisine but there are also many options for western food as well. Eranda also helped with transport from our previous hotel, and to our next & arranged a couple of stops to tourist attractions along the way. One of the highlights was the Jeep ride to Lipton's Seat. Just incredible.if you are not staying at the Chalet you can still book tours with them. We could not recommend Train View more highly. Thankyou Eranda
