What a joy It was to experience Palais Di Desert. We were so surprised how beautiful the gardens and the pool were. Took a midnight swim. Worth the price for sure.

Breakfast and dinner were both delicious. The property is lovely, with a pool and well maintained grounds. We wished we had stayed longer to enjoy the pool. The rooms are clean and well appointed. The staff was very accomodating.

Of the 6 hotels I stayed during my trip to Morocco I enjoyed Ambelar the most due to the warm and welcoming attitude of the hosts. They have assisted me with everything I needed. Rooms are clean and spacious, with some nice little details you don't see often. The hotel is a short 1 eur taxi ride from the center of Erfoud and very close to the biggest fossils store in town. Highly recommended!

The beds were so large and comfortable! The staff working were also absolutely fantastic. Hassan was the receptionist and he was more than accommodating and always had a smile on his face. Soufiane and Salah helped us settle in and served us the most wonderful breakfast which consisted of foods that locals would eat to break their fast. Absolutely would recommend this location especially if you are looking for a great night to stay before heading to Merzouga : )

Very nice traditional kasbah style hotel. Excellent and helpful staff (everyone - reception, restaurant, maintenance, security were friendly and kind). Very good breakfast. Dinner was excellent - even had a couple of nice french wines available.
