The best thing about our stay, hands down, was the staff. John and his team are simply fantastic and took great care of us. They made sure we had everything we needed. John gave us some great suggestions on places to go, and the executive chef, Hondo, even gave us a cooking class! Our room was clean and comfortable, with air con, a refrigerator, a hot water kettle, desk, and large bureau for our clothes and luggage. The property is a short drive from Port Louis, and there is a fantastic view of the city at sunset from the rooftop deck. Proximity to the ocean also means nice breezes, especially in the restaurant and on the top deck. Speaking of the restaurant, the food was fantastic and the sous chefs were also very generous with their cooking knowledge. We were very sad to leave, but John even made that easier by arranging our airport transfer.

Their local tips and warm personality made the stay feel incredibly authentic. Ideal for Long Stays: The house is fully equipped with everything you need for an extended visit. It’s spacious, comfortable, and has that "homey" feel that hotels often lack.

I like the location of the hotel. There are many shops and restaurants. The hotel is really nice. We have been upgraded to a better room. The front desk staffs are very helpful.

The whole place is like a castle which has many places and aspects for the guests to explore. And the Kayak experience provided for free was exceptional. Breakfast is good and the Mediterranean restaurant is very good.

It is a very good and organised place for holiday

At first looking at reviews I had mixed feeling about this resort however from the moment I arrived and until I left the service was way beyond my expectations. Le Jadis beach resort and wellness was beyond our imaginations. From the moment we arrived we were swept off our feet with the service and treatment provided. The room was of an excellent size, being paid close attention to the smallest of details. And staff, not only were they always ready to be at our service, they had a huge sense of humbleness inside them and they really made up the whole experience for us. They were constantly on their feet, working hard to cater for every single guest. The food was immaculate, the chefs really kept up to the standard of Mauritius being known for their spices and flavours. The food was presented so beautifully it was a battle whether to admire it or eat it! There are many members we tried to get the names of but had forgotten! The ones we do remember are Kiran, Aniketh, Tina you all worked so hard and made us feel at home. We hope for anyone reading this to consider it the best resort to go to in Mauritius, and it would be a loss for anyone who does not choose this.

From the moment we checked in, all the staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The buffet offered a good variety of food. The chicken curry was delicious, and breakfast was excellent, especially the freshly made omelettes. The sunsets were absolutely beautiful and made our evenings even more special. I stayed with my granddaughter, and the heated swimming pool was the highlight of our stay. It exceeded our expectations, and we both spent so much time enjoying it. It made our holiday even more memorable, and we would definitely love to come back.

We absolutely loved the resort! The food was exceptional, with a great variety of restaurants to choose from, especially the seafood and Indian options, which were our favourites. The staff was outstanding - exceptionally friendly and always going out of their way to make us feel welcome and build connections. We enjoyed a range of fun activities, including Zumba, sega dancing, and a cooking class, which added so much to our experience. Our room offered a stylish and modern design with a breathtaking ocean view that made our stay even more special. Thank you to the amazing staff - Emmanuel, Romeo, Nicolas, Asha and Will.
