The level of service in this hotel is incredible. They are fast, efficient, friendly and there is nothing we asked and they failed to deliver. It is really impressive. Especially i would point out concierge service, service at main pool, and housekeeping. Simply amazing.

Spacious and tastefully decorated, it provided the perfect escape for our recent vacation. A big part of what made our stay so wonderful was Aurélie, the exceptional host. From the moment we arrived, her warmth and genuine hospitality shone through. She was incredibly helpful, answering all our questions and even offering recommendations for local restaurants and hidden beaches. Aurélie went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The villa's location was a dream come true. Surrounded by lush greenery, it offered a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle. The beach was just a short walk away. In conclusion, Naturo Villa 16 exceeded our expectations. The combination of a stunning villa, a peaceful location, and Aurélie's exceptional hospitality made it an unforgettable experience. Place was very clean and looked like newely furnished. Loved the view from the second bedroom - opened the curtains right into a palmtree, felt like staying in the middle of the jungle, very cool! Location suited well for us - not too busy, close to nature, plus a beautiful beach and a few restaurants were nearby.

The property has a private garden that is drop-dead gorgeous! It attracts lots of birds which were a pleasure to watch while we ate breakfast on the terrace in front of the garden (which also has a commanding view of the name sake treehouse room). Yannick and Benjamin were kind, friendly and gracious hosts. Benjamin was very accommodating in that he told us about his daughter's hydroponic fish farm and when I expressed interest he took us out to visit the farm and gave us a tour! For meals out nearby there is the local "Snack" that is called Marantha Snack, but is known locally as simply "George's", and they prepare really good curry and local dishes and desserts. It is worth a visit (or 2 or 3!). I would definitely return to this hotel (and George's!) in the future trips to the island.
