This place is a little paradise. The owner is so sweet, clear explanations about the property, she knows how to welcome her guest ! Confortable and clean room, drinking water available (very appreciated), shower with hot water, clean shared kitchen with everything you need, beautiful swimming pool, parrots in the morning... we enjoy our short stay of 1 night !

The grounds were beautiful, with gardens and historical buildings. Lovely pool surrounded by palms and nature. The staff was absolutely wonderful, kind and friendly. We ate at the restaurant for dinner and breakfast the following day and the food and service was excellent. The room was lovely with bathrobes, nespresso machine and even complimentary chocolate covered strawberries! The hacienda is about 30 minutes from center so you need to bear that in mind if you stay. It was like another world there and we would stay again in a heartbeat.

Breakfast is ok. It is basic but good and you can ask for a cooked egg. The juice is not natural. Netflix is offered on smart TV. The pool is nice however there are no hand rails and the first step into pool is very difficult for any one with joint proplem. The hotel is aware of the probelm but has not done any thing yet. This is my only complaint.
