Hotels with Pools in Puebla

Modern facility with excellent staff, always immediate available and responsive. Effective check in and out ! Left things behind in my room and they secured it for me ! Fantastic stay !!!

It was clean and in a very convenient location

We liked everything. Really nice breakfast, very cordial and helpful staff. Super clean property through and through. Bit far out from the Puebla centre but it’s reachable by car/ uber easily. Also has a premium outlet mall right opposite to the hotel. We loved it.

I had a good experience in this hotel and restaurant. In both places the staff were very attentive and welcoming.

Very comfortable bed, spacious room, excellent breakfast, wonderful staff-special shout out to Karen at Reception! A short walk from the main square and very affordable.

Great attention and everybody were really nice. Was a Mr in charge at the parking, he was really nice and friendly

Cleanliness and very friendly staff and management

Since it's conmected to the plaza you have something to do and somewhere to eat without having to go far. Also the A/C was always on so the room was fresh at all times.

KUDOS to two exceptional employees at the front reception desk: ELIZABETH and RICARDO. I have witnessed how efficient, professional, polite, and helpful they are. This has happened time after time since I have been staying at CR since 2023. They deserve recognition by management.

Affordable for family and clean

Helpful staff, spacious comfortable clean room

Excellent service, best in Puebla

Muy buena ubicación y ofrecen buen desayuno

The rooms were great. The beds were so comfortable. Breakfast was excellent Friendly staff, quiet rooms.

The location for travelers is great. Plus a refrigerator was available in the room. I arrived and the bell hop was so kind to help me pick up all the dog food that was spilling out of the car! With a smile!!!I was a bit upset. He made it all better

Everything - staff etc. My husband got sick from some bad food he ate somewhere. I couldn't find bananas anywhere as it was a Sunday. Adalid sent some complimentary bananas to the room. Elizabeth arranged for us to stay some more hours in the room until our bus so that he could sleep in the room. Thanks so much. The hotel itself is gorgeous and conveniently located to everything.

Secure parking for my motorcycle. Large spacious room. Near the northern highway so I did not have to enter town to continue my trip.

Wonderful place to rewind and relax. Beautiful hotel and great stuff. We would definitely recommend.

Very helpful staff and valet parking. Nice and functional design. The place has a story to tell.

Beautiful hotel boutique. Clean and friendly. Great location.

The hotel itself exceeded my expectations, but the highlight was the location. The fact my mom and I could walk out the door and experience all the Puebla has to offer made it worth visiting again.

Loved it. Beautiful rooms, excellent pool and gym, great breakfast. Just great.

Wonderful attentive staff. Beautiful clean hotel.

Excellent location and lot of food and entertainment options, good breakfast , decent size rooms

The service was first class. The hotel is one of the most beautiful and well-maintained boutique hotels we have ever seen (we have seen a few in Cartagena and other similar places), it has been renovated with great care and taste. Beautiful works of art throughout the hotel and even an art gallery near the lobby. The hotel made our experience in Puebla reach another level and we decided to stay one more night. Special thanks to the reception team and the gentleman who received us and delivered the car.

It’s close to everything fármacy Oxxo and more. The breakfast in the morning is delicious and the staff are very friendly

Staff was very friendly, Everything was very clean, food was very good at the restaurant. Most of all the bed and pillows were AMAZING!!

I can’t describe the amazing variety and value of the all you can eat breakfast! Excellent choice for travellers that are in a budget and also feel for some luxury experience.

The staff was so helpful and friendly. Thw location it's fantastic! And the beds were the best, so comfortable!
