This is a smaller resort, which to us offered a more personal touch. All members of staff we met, were friendly and helpful and couldn’t do enough for us. This was our second visit to dreams Sapphire, the first time we came it was with family, including young children. Rooms were cleaned daily and they also offer a turndown service as well. If we needed anything for the room, we just made a phone call and the items were delivered. We enjoyed our stay so much that we chose to revisit, but this time as we were travelling as a couple, we upgraded to preferred. We loved the preferred pool, especially the Bali beds. We also liked the preferred lounge in the evening, which was much cooler to sit in and wasn’t busy either, snacks/buffet items are laid out as well. There is no entertainment in there, but it is offered elsewhere. We enjoyed both visits equally.

We come to PM and ALWAYS stay at Ojo de Agua!! It is our favorite little place in our favorite little town. Stephanie at the beach club makes our trip special every time!

A nice big apartment, a short walking distance to everything. Quiet outside and super friendly staff. We got a late check out that was very much appreciated. Highly recommended stay in Puerto Morelos.

Such a cute hostel! A lot of character and in a great location! My partner and I booked the standard studio which came with a private bathroom, aircon and a balcony that overlooked the square as well as a glimpse of the ocean. We even had a window in the bathroom that had the same view, was beautiful! Despite how small the hostel seemed the rooms are a decent size, we had a fridge and a desk in our room. Windows are kept open through the day so the kitchen and hallways have a beautiful breeze flowing through them. On arrival we got a tour of the hostel and the day of our arrival they were having a DJ set on the roof top to watch the sunset which was awesome. All staff were so helpful with directions and suggestions on places to eat. Overall the hostel was quiet at night, but you could hear others walking or closing doors through the hostel sometimes, so maybe bring some ear plugs just incase you’re a light sleeper. Overall loved my stay and would definitely stay again ☺️

Very helpful owner advised us at every step and also assisted with booking a Sian Ka’an trip. Very secure apartment with all facilities required. Comfortable bed, modern and clean furnishings.

The architecture makes it different from all the other hotels in the area . It has a very special “tropical-jungle” touch. Armando was very very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Location: two steps from the beach, the restaurants, the “malecón” and the “plaza”.
