I had a wonderful stay at Golden Tulip Muscat The Village hotel , made even better by the exceptional hospitality of the staff. A special thank you to Mr. Ahmed at reception, who truly stood out with his professionalism, warmth, and willingness to go the extra mile. He made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived and ensured our stay was smooth and enjoyable. Many thanks as well to Mr. Fawzi at reception for his friendly and efficient assistance, and to Mr. Jinil at the restaurant for his attentive service and pleasant attitude. The outstanding service from the team made my stay memorable. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning.

Nothing! Host neither responded to messages not answered calls to pickup key to the unit! Later gave a BS excuse that the unit was under renovation, despite having been fully paid and sent check-in procedures to the unit
