We loved our stay. A waiter at the restaurant - Allan, was very accomodating. The place is perfect if one wants to unwind, it is very peaceful, though a bit far. Overall satisfied.

Great location, clean rooms and excellent food onsite (especially breakfast buffet and Bicol pizzas). Pool was great, but would imagine it could get crowded if busy time. Concierge (booked ATV of Mayon) and staff were outstanding.

Very spacious, rented 4 of the rooms that were available and was able to provide an experience for my family that they will never forget. I only wish that the pool hours were longer, and that there was some type of concierge to help accommodate food and entertainment.
