Breakfast - The breakfast buffet had quality options that would suit both eastern and western palattes. The eastern dishes, fruit and juices change daily which is nice. Shout out to the staff for making great coffee and omelettes how we prefer them. Facilities - 2 separate pools - one right in front of Bulabog beach with a bar and music, and a main pool in the middle of the property - well maintained, clean and lots of lounge chairs, with outdoor poolside showers to rinse off. Gym is decently sized, clean and had all the equipment necessary for a quick pump or cardio session. Rooms - spacious, modern, large fridge, comes with kitchen space and living room separate from bedroom - thoroughly enjoyed our room even though we barely spent time in there as Boracay had a lot to do and see with a 3 night stay. Nothing to fault here. Shuttle - great service from Aqua to DMall and back. Stressfree transport service from MPH to Aqua and back. Location - located on the eastern side of the island, Aqua resort was perfectly located for us. There is beachfront access a few metres across the road to Bulabog Beach which is always manned by hotel security. The best part about this is that you can wake up to easily catch the sunrise at Bulabog Beach with 0 crowd which was easily as beautiful as sunset on Puka or White sand or Diniwid. Aqua is also centrally located, with DMall and quality restaurants being a short 5-10 minute walk depending on speed. Staff - Staff were super helpful and accommodating from beginning to end. From MPH airport, to the pier and boat crew, the Qtchn staff, the security, front desk, shuttle drivers, and people who help maintain the stunning beach front property, everyone made us feel welcome and at ease. Staff were happy to provide recommendations and personal anecdotes which were appreciated and handled any and all of our requests like extra toilet paper, beach towels etc without a second thought.

Best service ever! Our family really enjoy staying in Feliz Hotel! All staff was so kind and friendly. And thanks to Karine, Dan and Chief for this!💕You are so sweet! It was a pleasure to be under your care! You created such a cozy and awesome atmosphere, that our vacation in Feliz Hotel in Boracay was the best rest! Everything was on the highest level: hotel location, interior and cleanliness of the rooms, food, entertainments, service and sensitivity to our request. We recommend to stay in Feliz as long as it allows for your vacation - you will not get boring. Mr. Alan, thank you for all activities, that you offered for our kids - Pizza Master Class, Chief experience, Fire Show. Hopefully, we will have a Cookies Cooking Class next time. 😉Hotel team can also organize additional water activities, so you won't have to think about any worries. Nerrisa from the front desk was very accommodating and friendly. Prompt service and clean facility.... Attendants are very helpful and compassionate. My kid had a minor burn which she got from outside of the hotel.When they found out, One of them immediately gave my child an ointment to treat her boo boo. That was an extra mile of good customer service. Highly recommend Hotel for families and guests with pets.
