We chose this wonderful hotel for my husband’s birthday getaway. From the moment we arrived, the staff at the Steam Hotel made us feel like family. You both went over and beyond with your kindness and service. We watched Casablanca at ease. We had everything we needed. Thank you for a memorable moment. The location was perfect. The Breakfast was absolutely delicious. The staff was amazing. It exceeded our expectations. I wanted to say a Big thank you to Tobias and Kate. They were so kind and helpful.
