(actually stayed here November 2023) We were getting the dogu express which leaves Kayseri at 1am so we booked somewhere to rest so we didn't have to wait in the cold. Hotel is a very short 5 minute walk to the train station. Staff were really lovely and welcoming. When we explained we were leaving very early and wouldn't be there for breakfast they offered to make us a sandwich and this was ready for us as we left! Really kind of them and really great service. The bed was comfortable enough and the bathroom was clean if a little tired but it was perfect for what we needed.

The room was comfortable and we were pleased that all beds were prepared for our children. We also appreciated the extra items, especially the toothbrush. My son forgot his toothbrush and we were happy to find one in the room. They also provided us with water bottles. Breakfast was also delicious. We highly recommend this place.

The property is very close to the ski slope. There is a shuttle bus that takes you there every 10 min. There is a full spa, great staff, and good food. They even gave us each 14 ski run passes when we arrived as a welcome present.
