The location was great—central to all the places we planned to visit. The property itself was clean and updated, the staff were SO friendly and accommodating! We invited family to the hotel to let cousins swim together and grown-ups chat or play cards. The den (small room adjacent to the breakfast area) was available and perfect for us! I was surprised to find out that coffee, soda and hot cocoa would be available, complimentary, for us as well! We would definitely try to stay here again for future visits to Omaha.

The staff went above and beyond for us during our stay!! We had our daughter's birthday party there and they welcomed us and even helped us set up to have pizza and cake in the dining area. They were so accommodating, when I didnt have a knife to cut the cake with they brought us a knife and a serving spatula. They broke down and threw away our pizza boxes at the end for us as well. Just a great experience and amazing hospitality!!

Very friendly staff and helpful. Our daughter scuffed her knee and was having a full blown panic attack about needing a band-aid. We asked the front desk if they had one and before we could respond said they would be right up with a few to choice from.
