Kiet and family at the Homestay were really friendly and professional. Kiet gave us good suggestions and ideas for what we could do and see while in Hoi An. The rooms are big, clean and the beds are really good. The breakfast was tasteful with the option for both Vietnamese and European food. On one evening they invited us and the other guests for dinner with the family, if you get that opportunity I would recommend you to say yes. Good food, good conversations and laughter filled the room.

I love everything about Calm House 3. Flower abs her family are amazing. She is beyond exceptional. I was taken care of like a member of her family. She took me everywhere as I had problems booking grab bike so she brings me everywhere I want to go. She brings me food and all other things that I need.

Vincent and his family were so friendly thoughtful and helpful, he gave us plenty of handy tips regarding both the local area and general advice. The room was very cosy and spacious, location is nice and quiet and only 2km from the old town.

Best place we have stayed at in Vietnam so far! The host Tram was so friendly and helpful giving us some great local recommendations, helping us book activities, and cooking us an amazing breakfast each morning. Room was very nice and looked exactly like the pictures, very clean also. Looking forward to when we can next come back!

Perfect. We had a really great time. Hieu was super helpful and knew what we needed to offer before we even realized. The property is in a quiet area with full of fresh air and beautiful environment which is perfect for a group-of-friends getaway.

Everything. Booked on the spot when in Hoi An arriving an hour later room all ready. Owner doesn’t speak any English but the two girls who worked there did. The owner actually lives across the road. It’s 2 kilometres from the accom to the market just across the bridge in town by the main road. An alternative is to take the lane directly across from the accom and walk along some lanes till getting back to the main road but 50 metres later another lane on the right goes to river and all along it to the bridge. The first bridge come to actually crosses to a small island but there was a kiosk with a security guard who pointed to continue along the river tho may be ok in the future as another way to get to town. This area is all local and the opportunity to get away from the tourist overload that is central Hoi A for a bit. Room as pictured and very clean. Highly recommended.

This place is beautiful with an incredibly kind and helpful staff. It's also tucked away in a quiet part of Hoi An, away from all the crowds. The pool is lovely, breakfast is good and the rooms are clean and airy.
