The hotel was clean and the breakfast was great. Staff was available for a late night check in!

The staff are very friendly. They were pleased to arrange a bus ticket and a private Ha Giang Loop tour with reasonable price, Also, I requested to provide something because I arrived there in midnight, then they provided a fried noodle without making face.

We loved our stay, can’t wish for a better place to chill and indulge after 5 days on a bike. Villas are beautiful and luxury. Japanese style bath tab with a view is lovely. Very close to Ha Giang still very secluded. Spa & massage was simply great, one of the better once I had.

Staff Was very pleasant and helpful , they helped us book a really good and unique ha giang loop tour which took us on small beautiful roads between the local villages

Nice and fresh soundproof rooms. Manager of the hotel(Manh) extremely helpful hook us up with the local tour guy who show us amazing places in Ha Giang loop . also help us with transport back to Hanoi with the motorcycles. awesome price highly recommended.

Just booked the dorm to stayed here, but everything more than I expected. The room was very clean, the staffs very friendly. I liked swimming pool with amazing view. I spent the morning with delicious coffee and breakfast. You can book the Ha Giang loop tours and also rent motorbikes here. High recommendation to stay in Ha Giang city.

Very friendly and welcoming family. I arrived later in the evening and they cooked up a traditional Vietnamese meal that was delicious.

It was really friendly, all the staff were great. My room was big and very clean and I liked that it had water in reusable bottles instead of plastic. It was great just looking out of the window, a really beautiful view. I had a delicious vegetarian pizza for my dinner and for breakfast a banana pancake. It was a good rest before I start my bike tour of the Loop.

Tuan who runs the place is a gorgeous man, the lovely sounds of the river result in a deep sleep. It is beautiful surroundings and not so far from town, but fully quiet: no traffic sounds. Tuan and his family cook delicious food every night and take good care of you. Also my friend Maggie lost her wallet in a taxi and Tuan stayed up all night and the next day tracking it down and returning it to us. So so caring, it is a place of love and care here :) Also they can rent you motorbikes and bicycles here, but there are walks up the river or up the mountain which are easy to do

I thought my stay at Sky Bay Lodge was exceptionally excellent value, it has been the most luxurious hotel that I have ever had the privilege to stay, IMy only regret is that I did not book at least a week there. I would recommend this hotel to everybody,

The property was very clean and well-kept, and I was able to upgrade to a private room once I arrived about 8pm exhausted from the travel to get there. Staff was kind and super helpful!

Welcoming staff, clean facilities, comfy beds ( a great place for us to rest before doing the Ha Giang loop. Their spa was also accommodating to book on short notice. Breakfast was included and tasty.

It looks really new. Been in many hotels and this hotel was well qbove my expectations.

The facilities are very luxurious and brand new. The swimming pool and the room were superb.
