Me and my dad , We were traveling together, and the hotel offered to upgrade one of our rooms — we accepted the upgrade. Unfortunately, the upgraded room was disappointing: it wasn’t clean, the sheets were dirty, the bathroom had a bad smell, and there was visible mold on the walls. In contrast, the regular room was perfectly fine — clean, neat, and very comfortable. The overall hotel facilities didn’t look as well-maintained or welcoming as shown in the pictures, with the outdoor areas appearing somewhat neglected and disorganized. On a positive note, the dinner was excellent and definitely the highlight of our stay.

The room was decent. The beds were comfortable. The location was good. Good for a base while exploring local landmarks. Eg. The Dam and the Pagoda, in Hoa Binh. The hotel ran the local taxis for us, as there is no Grab service.

Peaceful retreat. As I was a solo traveller, I was wanting to have a quiet peacefully time there. I enjoyed and admired the view of beautiful garden and swimming pool and reading books on pool side as well as looking over rice field, mountains outside of property. There were local guests and children one stage in pool and owner explained sometimes they invite neighbours to enjoy pool. I thought how nice owner is to do that as a community. It was wonderful for me to witness the cultural side of Vietnamese people. I enjoyed meals chef made with traditional tastes and lovely open restaurant looking over the pool. I have amazed the way they created and built this retreat. My room was clean and had a big bed for all myself and a comfort of air conditioning and very private. I enjoyed looking at chickens walking around property which made me smile. Owner organised shared taxi which made my trip easier to get there. I would recommend people to visit here solo or family. It is great to place unwind.
