Aviva's apartment at The Docklands was an absolute highlight of my Cape Town stay. The space is beautifully designed, spotlessly clean, and thoughtfully equipped — high ceilings, a stylish open-plan living area, a fully kitted kitchen, and a genuinely comfortable bed. The private balcony with mountain views was the perfect spot to start each morning. The rooftop pool deck is something else. Sweeping views of Signal Hill and Table Mountain, loungers, BBQ — a real treat after a day exploring the city. 24-hour front desk and security gave great peace of mind, and the location made getting to the V&A Waterfront, restaurants, and the rest of Cape Town effortless. Communication with Aviva was warm, prompt, and professional throughout. Check-in was seamless and every detail was clearly looked after. If you want a stylish, secure, and impeccably run apartment in Cape Town, this is the one. Would return in a heartbeat. Thank you, Aviva!

I really enjoyed my stay at The Palm Paradise – this new place is going to be my go to place when visiting Cape Town! Everything is modern and well-kept, and the staff were all lovely and welcoming. The location is absolutely perfect. It's so central that I could easily walk to the V&A Waterfront and the promenade. The beds were really comfortable. The large pool was a highlight for me. I spent quite a bit of time there just relaxing and enjoying the atmosphere. Overall, The Palm Paradise has everything you need for a great Cape Town stay. Highly recommend!

The place had a lot of charachter and was in a nice area. There was a nice garden behind to sit out and have a drink. The staff was extremly friendly and even agreed to have the luggage for a few days after which we could come and pick them up again.

Quiet, comfortable beds, clean, anything that we needed we just asked and it was supplied. The owner was extremely gracious in letting us stay a few hours past the checkout time because we had a later flight. Probably would stay there again.

The location,it was in a safe and clean environment with no noise. It's easy to access, situated next to the shopping complex. The water was always hot.The staff was very friendly and helpful more especially Mosa very welcoming, he has a good Sense of humor, respectful and helpful. Overall he has a good etiquette

The room was spacious & spotlessly clean. The view across the bay to table mountain & Cape Town was stunning. The food is excellent and reasonably priced, but the best thing about this Hotel is the Staff who are all Extremely welcoming and helpful.

Really like the living room areas, where my friends and I got a chance to sit and have chats comfortably. However it the only inconvenience part is that there was no shower in the bathroom outside, there was only one in the room.

The location is great, everything is just minutes away. The beach is right at the doorstep, clean and peaceful. The house was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. The hosts were incredibly thoughtful, warm and accommodating. Seamless check in. Overall, a wonderful stay!
