Hotels with Pools in Swellendam

This was a little gem and one of the highlights of our honeymoon! It was an unexpected stay as I got my accommodation dates mixed up a little. The location, gardens and ambiance was just perfect with an excellent friendly and welcoming host. Highly recommended for rest and relaxation after the arduous safari schedule!!:)

Cynthia was a great host. Smiling, friendly, the whole package, just bleddie great. Breakfast was just what we needed, delicious, beautifully sett-up. Will be back for sure🦋

Hosts exceeded our high expectations. The accommodation was spacious, clean, comfortable and had almost everything we needed. The grounds were well maintained and the situation on the river was lovely. My husband enjoyed the birdlife at the feeders. There was no noise at night so we slept very well. The breakfast buffet was delicious and had something for everyone of my picky eaters. In the morning, our car was washed and ready for us to go. The staff was attentive and available but not in your face. We loved the location in the historic part of town just a couple minutes walk to the shops and restaurants. Can’t wait to return someday!

The place is clean and the garden and grounds are well looked after.

A delicious buffet breakfast with a good variety of food was served. The premises and facilities are well maintained and there is a peaceful atmosphere around the place. On leaving we found that even our car had received a complimentary wash, and was all ready for the day's travel.

Wonderful hosts, beautiful garden, delicious breakfast and authentic atmosphere. Loved our time here, thank you for having us!

De Kloof Estate is a gem. Historic, attractive and wonderfully restored. The rooms were well decorated and well done, especially the bath rooms. The staff was very professional and attentive. The breakfast was fantastic. I highly recommend the De Kloof Estate. BP

Beautiful property. Absolutely amazing breakfast. Incredibly friendly staff.

I am writing this on Steve's instructions. I booked this for him so the review is coming to my email. Steve says that Walter, the host was so kind and such a help with getting his dinner booked and ensuring he had a comfortable stay. Really appreciated. When Steve called to ask how th TV worked, Wslter was patient and helpful.

What wonderful, gracious hosts. 10 star hospitality!!!The breakfast was delightful and the location perfect to explore towns and local mountains.

Stayed in the cottage which was amazing. Incredible views of the mountains. Everything you could want to stay warm on a chilly winters night from indoor fire to gas heater . Plenty of wood provided for both indoor and outdoor braai Bed was extremely comfortable. George was helpful

Nice room, view, stoep and bathroom. Was nice to take a dip.

Beautiful property in walking distance to several restaurants and the museum. Comfortable spacious rooms and two well maintained pools.

The view, the dogs, the swimming pool, the privacy, the absence of noisy children or music, the peace, the location, the coffee machine, the patio, the shower...Basically everything!

The farm is absolutely charming and the chalet was extremely comfortable. The animals are well kept and loved, whenever we approached them, they would come close to be petted. We were a little sad we only stayed for one night.

Everything! The place was so beautiful and would stay again, loved the breakfast and the owners are so passionate about their place

We were surprised to find a really nice garden, parking behind a gate and a swimming pool. There is a shared kitchen and braai facilities. Overall this accommodation is very well equipped.

The location was amazingly beautiful & safe. We appreciated the Privacy & the views.

Very clean. Lovely and safe stay. The hosts are extremely helpful and nice to talk to.
