Very good location, just 2 min to the lake Sevan and on foot you can reach Sevanavank monastery. Very clean, new facilities, delicious breakfast. Staff is polite, helpful and friendly, especially Robert and Naira. The nature around and air are amazing. We were very satisfied with the choice.

Mayroon ang Oazis ng hardin, terrace, restaurant, at bar sa Noratus. So many guest houses in Armenia are so unique and special. This one is particularly great. I recommend you try it to see what I mean. One big bonus on these cold winter evenings is that they have a sauna. You can have your own private sauna session for 5000 per hour. The sauna room has a Sauna, cold water plunge pool, shower, toilet and table and comfortable seats. So you can really relax there. And, they will bring you drinks if you want too. The place is overall very good value too. With my room, I also had a livingroom with sofa, 2 arm chairs and my own bathroom and my own entrance and balcony. It was a truly luxurious experience at an affordable price. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Nag-aalok ng seasonal outdoor pool at sauna, ang Noy Land Resort ay matatagpuan sa pampang ng Lake Sevan. May BBQ facilities ang resort, at maaaring kumain ang mga guest sa restaurant. The place looks very nice, refreshing, it's cold at night so you have to wear something warm to keep you warm. The food is good, it's not the best, it needs more variety but it's good, the pool is clean, the rooms I chose were the Cozy Cottage, it's very nice, the view is on the sea like a balcony from you directly to the sea, the atmosphere is very refreshing, there are many dogs that love people and play with you while riding horses, whoever wants to relax comes to the place and I forgot to say there are swings for adults and children and a place designated for children to play

Matatagpuan ang Vage Gest House sa Sevan at nag-aalok ng seasonal na outdoor swimming pool, private beach area, at shared lounge. Room condition was perfect.. kitchen,washroom condition was so good.. love to stay here.. Thanks for such amazing service 🙏

Naglalaan ang Cascade Resort Sevan sa Sevan ng para sa na accommodation na may hardin, terrace, at restaurant. The place nice even from the 1st look disappointing, but when you enter and chick in, you will change your mind completely plus the stuff very welcoming and good hospitality

Amazing location. Very good people. Just a concern about privacy that got kinda resolved when I talked to the staff.
