Kindness, genuine care, and thoughtful attention — the hallmarks of this remarkable team. Every detail — from the morning coffee to the breathtaking views and perfect location — exceeded all expectations. When I return to Geneva, there is no question: this is the only place I will stay. A true gem. And the most gracious, elegant hosting team I’ve ever encountered. They even arranged a private boat tour and personally ensured I reached the other side of the lake in comfort and style. Choosing this hotel was the best decision I could have made. My warmest recommendations — with all my heart. I only regret one thing: I left in such a rush, I didn’t leave a tip. It weighs on me. Designed by the renowned interior architect Pierre-Yves Rochon, the elegant Four Seasons Hotel Geneva is set in a historic building from 1834, directly at the shores of Lake Geneva. Upon arrival the room was not ready as scheduled. I met the sales manager Ms. Isabella and the room was upgraded to a suite and a drink and lunch were provided as a courtesy of the hotel. They paid attention to the smallest details based on previous comments I made when I stayed at the hotel 6 months ago. Thank you all

Very clean and quiet room in a residential neighborhood with easy access to public transport. The bus stop is just couple minutes from house and bus is right on schedule. Early morning it’s mostly students waiting for bus so it feels very safe. It takes you to a station where you can take trains for day trips or for easy connections to airport or city center. Host was courteous and had prepared a detailed booklet of helpful information.
