The Beatus Wellness & SPA Hotel in Merligen - Interlaken is located right in a large park on the shore of Lake Thun. The hotel is great, everything was perfect. The View is amazing 🤩 I willl post some special lake view videos on Google Maps. The stuff are so friendly and helpful. I would love to thank the manager Mr. Sebastian for his kindness, and Ms. Sibylle for her helping while we were staying at the hotel. I also need to express my deep expressions to Mr. Fernando who is one of the SPA stuff for his lovley dealing, Fernando is very friendly with the hotel guests.

If you’re coming by car, the location is truly excellent. It’s very close to big supermarkets and there’s no parking issue. If your car is small, you can use the private underground garage that belongs to the apartment, but if it’s large, you can park in the public parking area—both are great options. Many guests mentioned the train noise; yes, you do hear the train, but once you close the windows, it’s absolutely not disturbing while sleeping. The sound only lasts about 10 seconds, so it’s not really a big deal. What you should know, however, is that if you’re coming with a group and tend to be noisy, this place is not for you. It’s a family-oriented and ultra-quiet neighborhood. After 10 p.m., you need to be extra careful, as it gets very quiet. The cleanliness and provided amenities were also very good.

Everything about this apartment was perfect for a mother-daughter getaway. My friend and her daughter are about to move around the globe, so we brought our daughters for one last weekend getaway before they depart. As moms, we loved the space of the apartment, the kitchen, the safe location, easy parking, having an onsite restaurant, but above all, the VIEW was incredible. Our teenagers didn’t complain about anything, which is high praise indeed. Additionally, although this apartment is private, the staff at the adjacent hotel were very friendly and welcoming. The onsite restaurant and ability to access the pool were nice benefits to this property.
