Starting from the GEM staff to the ski equipment rental to the ski instructor. The hotel provided complimentary trips to the ski gondola which took a few minutes to arrive. The view from our room overlooks a ski slope, which was fun to watch while sitting in the balcony. And behind the slope you could see the mountains, and the view is stunning.

Their warm and respectful attitude greatly enhanced the overall experience, making us feel truly welcome. Breakfast was another highlight of the stay — delicious, fresh, and offering a great variety that catered to different tastes. In summary, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking a peaceful retreat with outstanding service and an unforgettable view of Matterhorn

The property location was out of this world. The views and the surrounding town were all so beautiful. The facilities were immaculate, everything felt 5 star, and the staff were all so lovely and went above and beyond to assist with any needs. Also, the restaurants pastry chef needs a special mention, her pain au chocolat was the best thing I have ever put in my mouth. We will absolutely be back again! 10/10
