Enjoying a privileged location in natural surroundings above Zurich, next to the cog railway station, The Dolder Grand - City and Spa Resort Zurich offers a 4,000 m² spa, 4 award-winning restaurants,... WOW. Over the past year I have been to 10 five star hotels at least, and they were nothing compared to the Dolder. The Dolder Grand is something else, something above five start, something truly unique that I wished I had experienced earlier. My suite was absolutely gorgeous, with a stunning view over the lake of Zurich. Everything in the room was clean, tidy, luxurious. The SPA was one of the best I have ever tried, beautiful and calm indoor pool, with an outdoor jacuzzi overlooking Zurich. The staff and the concierge were all super helpful, super kind and really made me feel special and welcomed during my entire stay. Finally I want to make a special mention for the food....the Saltz Restaurant was extremely good but what has totally surprised me was the breakfast. HANDS DOWN THE BEST BREAKFAST ON PLANET EARTH. Super happy of my stay, as I visit Zurich few times a year, I will make sure to stay at Dolder next time I come in few months. See you soon:)

Deluxe Doppelzimmer mit Pool und Aussicht er staðsett í Dänikon og státar af gistirými með sundlaug með útsýni, sundlaugarútsýni og svölum. We had a great time here. The room, the bathroom, the view, the pool, the surroundings; all excellent. Friendly host. Parking convenient. Great!

Tertianum Parkhíbýli z Meilen er staðsett 100 metra frá Zurich-vatni og býður upp á einstakar og nútímalegar íbúðir í byggingu með innisundlaug, líkamsræktartímum og gufubaði. Super Location, excellent value for money, super friendly staff 11/10 points from us. Cannot be beaten

FIVE Zurich - Luxury City Resort er í Zürich og býður upp á veitingastað, ókeypis reiðhjól, útisundlaug sem er opin hluta af árinu og heilsuræktarstöð. Everything, hotel staff was amazing, I only remember few names but Jauquan (maybe spelling wrong but he was at the east building reception) then Simon who recommended Lucerne activities , Marriyah helped us find food in the area and was very helpful… Hotel was beautiful, it’s a must stay we upgraded to the main building and the best decision ever… They also offer car shuttle service to the nearest train station 24 hours day & night which was amazing, all the driving staff was brilliant, I cannot fault this hotel… BEST HOTEL EVER !!! When I come back to Zurich I’m always staying here now…

Offering free WiFi and a bar, the 25hours Hotel Zürich West is located in the Zurich West district in walking distance to the Swiss Prime Tower or a multiplex cinema. A bright, original, comfortable and modern hotel. We stayed here for two nights — once on our way to the mountains and then again after our ski holiday. We booked the second night immediately after the first stay because we were genuinely impressed by the service and the overall atmosphere. Every detail feels thoughtfully designed, and even the small written messages around the hotel make you smile. We stayed as a family and had a wonderful evening playing billiards and table tennis together. The team was incredibly kind and even prepared a tasty takeaway breakfast for us, as we were leaving very early in the morning. The rooms are original and stylish, with very comfortable beds — and even yoga mats, which unexpectedly motivated us to do yoga, although we hadn’t planned to. We highly recommend this hotel to young couples, families, and honestly — to anyone who appreciates character, comfort, and great hospitality.

As someone who leads my own organization, I found his management style both inspiring and educational. The coordination between departments was flawless, reflecting Mr. Mahakumara's exceptional training protocols. His team, from front desk to housekeeping, maintained immaculate standards with remarkable consistency. Their ability to anticipate rather than merely react to guest needs demonstrated the superior service culture he has established. A particular incident stands out: when a fellow guest accidentally left their iPad before a same-day flight, Mr. Mahakumara personally arranged international shipping to America. This level of attentive problem-solving exemplifies his commitment to guest satisfaction. Having experienced luxury hotels worldwide, the environment Mr. Mahakumara has created is truly distinctive. He achieves the perfect balance of five-star service while maintaining an atmosphere of genuine warmth.
