Absolutely everything. They allowed us to the check in earlier, we received a welcome drink, there was a machine with sparkling water.. the spa and the swimming pool a dream!

You have in the apartment everything you need (even a small table and 2 folding chairs for the small.patio in front of your lodge). The layout of the apartment is perfect for a family of 4, or for 2 couples. The location is 5 min. drive from the town center, but we had a rented car so we didn't mind (the views with the town and the city are priceless). Space to park the car next to your lodge. Welcoming athmosphere (pleasant smell inside, warm, nicely designed). Good wifi. Welcoming staff. Highly recommend!

Located inside Torres del Paine National Park, by the shore of Pehoé Lake, Explora Patagonia offers all-inclusive packages for 3 nights or more. Food was great. Location was amazing.

Located in Punta Arenas, one of the most southernly points in Chile, Hotel Diego de Almagro offers accommodations on the coast of the Magellan Strait. Receptionist staff clear and friendly, both in explaining the hotel & room and allowing us to store our rucksacks for a few hours after check-out time to allow us to see the town before catching the ferry. The sea-facing room was clean, nice and bright. The views of the Straits of Magellan were excellent.
