Having stayed in numerous 5-star hotels worldwide, I was impressed by Krystal Palace's daily room cleaning service—something that many high-end hotels no longer offer. Another standout feature was the top-notch security. Guests cannot access the elevators without scanning their room key, adding an extra layer of safety. Additionally, when I had visitors, the front desk always called to confirm my approval before letting them in. The lobby was another highlight. My friends and I spent time there, and despite being quite loud, the staff remained gracious and accommodating. Lastly, I highly recommend trying their spa—it was a phenomenal experience and the perfect way to relax during my stay. Overall, Krystal Palace exceeded my expectations, and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.
