The staff’s assistance with translations proved invaluable, enhancing both our work and personal experiences (the manager ever helped with purchasing Chinese medicine for my cough). They also connected us with local tour guides to take us on excursions. These guides offered an insider’s perspective on the region, introducing us to the vibrant local culture, culinary delights, and even unique shopping experiences that showcased the everyday way of life in Henan Province. The hotel itself was a haven of comfort and luxury, with every amenity thoughtfully designed for an exceptional experience.
