Amazing place. Spectacular room and facilities, elengantly decorated and perfect for a romantic date. The suites with the hot tub in the terrace are just a gem. However, the best was people, everyone so attentive and willing to fulfill any request. We had a great time and for sure will come back

The place is truly a paradise. It was my first time staying by a reservoir, and the views were absolutely breathtaking. Being surrounded by nature was incredibly peaceful and relaxing. The hotel also offers a great variety of activities, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. It was soooo clean and an easy walk to the center plaza. The jacuzzi in the room was amazing. The first room we were in did not have a working tub, so they immediately switched our room as soon as we realized it. The breakfast was filling and delicious, the spa was included in the room rate (obviously, services are extra) and it was just all room great customer service and amenities.
