The property manager (Leonardo) and the staff care for the guests as people. In my case, a thunderstorm brewed over the night and I was planning to drive to our next location. Leonardo and another staff member looked up some local news to make sure we knew what the safest route was. In regard to the room, they have 2 AC units and loads of space for either couples or small families. The community is secure and feels very cozy. Breakfast is delicious. HIGHLY HIGHLY regard others to stay here.

Awesome attention, their personnel is amazing, they treat you with kindness and compassion all the time. Everything is so unique, clean and well taken care of. Observation deck in front of the restaurant is perfect and the observation tower visit early in the morning will allow you to see many animals including spider monkeys :) This property is for the ones who prefer nature, comfort and still a little bit of adventure over luxury or having an Instagram urban experience. Is down to earth and still a wonderful inmersive but delicate dive into the wild, respectful to the animals and all living creatures.

This tropical hotel is located next to Costa Rica's Arenal Volcano, 6 km from La Fortuna. It offers a natural hot spring, outdoor adventure activities, a luxurious spa and scenic volcano views. Iliked almost everything: location, facilities, room, pools etc. The only thing I would recommend is to give more options in breakfast. lack of vegetables and other healthy options was the only thing I didn’t like in this hotel

The rooms have a great view of the Arenal Volcano and are very clean, spacious, and super comfortable. The staff were kind and helpful throughout our stay and truly made us feel at home. We booked a few tours directly with them, with convenient pick-up and drop-off at the hotel. Breakfast is included at a restaurant just a 5-minute walk away, and as a bonus, the area is great for birdwatching. Highly recommend!
