Very quiet, clean, good value, there is also a kitchen if you need to cook your own food, I had my flight in the afternoon and the owner let me stay until 17.00 without charging me for more. The boy that helps is very kind and not for the tips. My room had a beautiful Nile view. I was ill and the owner prepared special tea with herbs for me.

Location is great,very close to all attractions like Valley of King and Queens,temples,hot ballon air.We really enjoyed the swimming pool!Staff was friendly and attentive.Hotel close to water taxi,so you can take it any time and visit Luxor and Karnak temples)))We will recommend to all our friends this hotel !!!!!

Very friendly and caring host who always made sure we had a great time. He gave us ideas on what to do and organized activities if we asked for help. The villa is really beautiful and in good conditions. I can also recommend the restaurant next door that kind of belongs to the villa.
