They made their best efforts to provide excellent service for the guests, and we really appreciate their great service. The breakfast in the executive club is limited but good enough. They also provided a breakfast box when we left early morning. The hotel provided a free sunset boat trip. It's a big boat with an air conditioner. You can enjoy the beautiful view of the Nile River. The drlink is not free, but reasonable price.

Watching the sunset from their terrace is truly magical. The food is delicious and freshly made, but what really makes this place special is the people. The staff are incredibly warm, kind, and attentive. A special thank you to Asma, who greeted me so warmly at reception, organized my airport transfer, planned my morning visit to the temple, and helped with every little request. She was always available, caring, and made sure I felt completely comfortable during my first time in Egypt.

We took a cruise from Aswan to Luxor. The cruise staff are all friendly and willing to help, including reception, housekeeping, and all staff in the restaurant. We felt at home with a big family. When we didn't have lunch, the hotel even left the full package of lunch at our room. The facility is modern and clean. We spent great time during this journey.
