What truly sets this place apart is the care and attention shown by the entire team. Everything was great! Good beds, clean room, big balcony with lovely view and very sweet people 🥰 Also the restaurant for dinner is perfect, absolutely in our top 3 restaurants! With the checkout we even got a big bottle of water, sweet!

This hotel is beautiful. The rooms are spacious and have everything you’d need. Location can’t be beat, it’s in the heart of the city, close to beach and Benidorm palace. The roof top pool is heated which was wonderful. Breakfast was delicious and had a variety of foods. But… even better than all of that are the employees, they were friendly, accommodating and went out of their way to provide excellent service. Absolutely delighted with this hotel

Everything was magnificent Food was delicious, pool is great, we had delux rooms and we loved it The gardens around hotel buildings is oasis (we were watching squirrels in the morning)
