Hospes Palacio de Arenales dates back to the 17th century and was formally the holiday residence of a noble family. This 5-star hotel offers a wellness centre and spa. One hour free spa, food menu (roomservice ) and the room was amazing with excellent shower and super size bed.

Located in a quiet and pretty residential area of Cáceres, this elegant hotel offers free Wi-Fi and chic rooms. The outdoor pool is set within gardens. Very comfortable rooms and friendly staff! The rooms were modern and spotlessly clean. The swimming pool was great during the hot summer days. The breakfast buffet was the best we‘ve had in Spain so far, with a big variety of choices. We‘ll definitely stay again when we‘re in the area.

Housed in a former convent, built in the 15th century, the Parador de Plasencia hotel has kept its stunning, original architecture, including spacious hallways, archways and courtyards. The Parador is in a beautifully restored former convent. It is wonderful to be staying in such a historical building . There was an organised tour of the Parador the day I arrived which was great. The staff were very welcoming and friendly, the room was very large and comfortable, the breakfast and dinner were excellent, the price of the accommodation, given the luxury, was very reasonable. All in all an excellent stay. The hotel got everything right.

Palacio De Godoy Caceres, Curio Collection By Hilton has a shared lounge, terrace, a restaurant and bar in Cáceres. This 5-star hotel offers room service, a 24-hour front desk and free WiFi. This is a beautiful hotel in the old town of Caceres. The original building has been renovated with care and the interiors are amazing. Unfortunately it was raining while we were there so we couldn’t sit in the rooftop bar (by all accounts a standout), but we’ll certainly be back.

La Comarca de Vératton er staðsett í Villanueva de la Vera, 38 km frá Monasterio de Yuste, og býður upp á útisundlaug sem er opin allt árið, heitan pott og útibað. We loved the hobbit house…the nature all around..the outside jacuzzi..amazing experience. I highly recommend it.
