Apartment was at 4th floor and our view was absolutely amazing. Apartment was very clean and very comfortable! Everything we needed was out there. Food was beautiful, pool was spotless. Perfect location just down the road 5/10 minutes walk away from the sea, all the shops ect. We are recommending to visit Palmitos Park and Aqualand in Maspalomas as we had so much fun out there. I travel a lot, and I’ve never given any hotel a 10 out of 10 — but this hotel absolutely deserves it. First, the location is unbeatable in Maspalomas: right on the beachfront with direct access to the dunes. The staff, from the reception (especially Sara) to the restaurant team and everyone working throughout the hotel, are exceptional. They’re incredibly welcoming and truly make you feel at home. I booked a half-board stay, and both breakfast and dinner were amazing. The food quality was excellent, with a huge variety of options. The view from my room was outstanding. Honestly, you barely need to leave the hotel because everything you could want is right there. This hotel pays attention to every little detail. I highly recommend it and will definitely come back again because they truly deserve every cent they charge — and by the way, the price is very reasonable for the quality of service provided. Well done, and keep up the great work!

Situated by the lighthouse that gives it its name, the hotel overlooks the sea and is just a few strides from the southern end of Maspalomas beach. Daniela made check in a positive experience. The welcome drink is a blessing with the dehydration of travel. I had help with luggage so I could have heating / cooling system explained. I used both the pool and the gym.
