Efficient staff, everybody spoke English and were willing to help. We stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment. It consists of master bedroom with bathroom (toilet, shower, Jacuzzi bath) TV and balcony. This bedroom has 1 large mattress, approximately 1.6m wide. There is another bedroom with bathroom (toilet, shower, Jacuzzi bath) but without TV and a window (can't be opened for more than a crack, the only minus in this wonderful apartment). The 3rd bedroom has no toilet or bath, only a shower and a sink. Also here there's no TV, and rhe windows can't be opened for more than a crack. All bedrooms are beautifully furnished with lots of storage space, and many lights that can be digital controlled. The kitchen has everything you might need (short of a garlic crusher, but hey, no one is perfect...). Be sure to clean the kitchen well before you check out, they actually insisted that I clean the inner part of the microwave, oven and fridge... The living room is connected with the kitchen, and its very comfortable 2 sofas, armchairs, and many pillows. The wellness area has great views,.and consists of a large pool (heated to 27-28 degrees), two bubble Jacuzzis (well heated, one of them slightly less heated than the other, and only one has jets aside from the bubbles). Sauna area is great, hot, perfect. They ask guets to wear bathing suits in the sauna, and when some didn't - someone came and asked them to immediately put on their bathing suite. There is video surveillance in the sauna area, with a camera installed very visibly in front of the sauna's showers. I didn't appreciate it. The pool area is constantly manned, and soft towels are provided free of charge, as expected. There is a large dressing room with lockers, for those who need it. Bathrobes can be taken from the reception, also free of charge. The area is full of hiking options and wonderful things to see within a relatively short drive.

The apartment was spotlessly clean, very comfortable with all amenities you would need. The location of the property was very convenient for the slopes. The host was so friendly, helpful and genuinely cared that we had a great holiday,

Featuring free WiFi and a 24-hour front desk, Hôtel Saint Charles Val Cenis offers pet-friendly accommodation in Lanslebourg-Mont-Cenis, 50 metres from TSD6 Ramasse. I liked the food and facilities. Pool is nice, and you can have it to yourself sometimes (and it's free). Sauna is paid though. Restaurant service and overall staff were very friendly and professional. Very convenient access to sky lifts and killer view from the balcony.

Situated in the village centre of Lanslebourg, Les Alpages De Val Cenis is linked to Val Cenis ski resort. It offers ski-to-door access and après-ski relaxation facilities. They have a great staff and facilities were really good. Service was exceptional. Even before our arrival, Gloria was trying her best to accommodate our needs. They were so helpful and kind. Gloria,Narine and Anglelique on reception were always there to help. They all went out of their way like a tourist information centre. The technical team were super, Frédéric, Raphael and Claude were quick to fix any small issues. Room service by Justine and Karine was excellent. Emmanuel and Eric super. I can't speak highly enough of this place. Super friendly and accomdating. Extremely thorough in checking day trips for us and so responsive. They all deserve a big bonus. Excellent for customer service and care. I don't normally write reviews but Les Alpages really deserves it. The views incredible. Lovely policy of keeping quiet and not making too much noise.

Property was a good location to the shops, restaurants, free bus stop and ski lift. The apartment had most things you would need, except a proper oven but other than that the facilities were good. Beds were comfortable and shower was hot. The host was very responsive, although all comms were all in French so expect to need to translate.

The staff were lovely at reception, it is pet friendly and very accommodating. The spa facilities were very picturesque and relaxing after a day on the slopes. Close to amenities and the ski lifts for convenience.

CIS-Ethic Etapes de Val Cenis er staðsett við hliðina á skíðabrekkunum í Val-Cenis og í 5 mínútna göngufjarlægð frá miðbæ þorpsins Lanslebourg-Mont-Cenis. Arrived early but no problem to check in - really friendly staff on the reception too. The pool is great! So fresh on a hot day. I had the evening meal and it was nice to sit with other guests, wish I could remember more of my school french but we made it work. This was one of my favourite things about staying here cause I'm travelling alone. Slept great, then the big one - cycling up mont Cenis, perfect location to do this from and a stunning climb. Honestly not too difficult, I'm not an especially seasoned cyclist and I managed it fine. The views at the top are incredible and the descent into Italy a lot of fun. Great value, standard simple room but clean and functional - a perfect stay here for me and my tour - thanks a lot to everyone at CIS I'll be back!
