Contemporary design inside but traditional modern exterior. Beautiful clean pool, very quiet and chilled only 12 apartments. Stunning views to the sea and countryside. Had a fridge and coffee and tea making equipment. (should have advertised the fridge as that wasn’t clear on info and was super helpful) beds were super comfy and so quiet at night slept so well.

Our holiday in Lefkada was fantastic, and staying at Solvio Boutique Hotel was an important part of the experience. The hotel is located just outside the busy center, in a quiet area, yet very close to the main road that leads to the best beaches on the western coast—our favorite, Milos Beach, is only a 15-minute drive away. Lefkada Town is also just 3–5 minutes by car, which makes grocery shopping and evening strolls very convenient. The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful, always making sure we had everything we needed.

We stayed at Sunilios Apartments and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the start, Dimitri and Maria were incredibly warm and welcoming. The apartment was spotless, modern, and they made sure we had absolutely everything we needed during our stay. Their thoughtful touches, like surprising us with fresh fruits and homemade orange jam, made us feel right at home. Having a private parking spot was very convenient since we traveled with a car, and the building even has an elevator, which made everything easier. What truly stood out, though, was their kindness and care, they went above and beyond to make our stay memorable.

The apartment is incredibly beautiful, so thoughtfully designed, and exactly like the photos. I travel a lot, and I’ve never been this satisfied with a place. Truly one of the best stays I’ve had. The town is beautiful and sweet. Great caffe places near by, wonderful bakeries and taverns. We had wonderful time! The staff were great and helpful with everything.
