From the moment we arrived we were met with exceptional service. Our accommodation was extremely comfortable and quiet. The hotel facilities were excellent. The spa and wellness area offered great facilities with professional staff. Yoga was offered as a complementary service every morning by the pool, which was wonderful. The hotel gardens provided an oasis in this Mumbai suburb. Would absolutely return.

Firstly the location is excellent, the view from my room was fantastic, room was quite spacious as well. I even enjoyed the breakfast with many varieties, loved the buffet. Staff are very helpful from cleaning to reception.

The room was well appointed, although a little smaller than I expected, but very comfortable with pillow options and good blackout curtains. The breakfast was excellent, cooked to order with a great choice of local and western options, plus a buffet for fruit and pastries. We had a wonderful waiter called Jason who made our mornings extra special with his recommendations and excellent service. The doormen were also fantastic, always courteous and helpful when our Uber went to the wrong pick up! We loved the location of the hotel as it was less frantic then other places and very peaceful, it's also great to walk along Marine Drive in the evenings and people watch. We had a great stay!

Super friendly and helpful Staff (Front Desk, housekeeping, waiting staff). They were very proactive and asked if we need anything. They also recommended us local dishes. Professional service with a smile. Nice and big room. Great Swimming pool. Great food with a lot to choose from. There were local and western dishes (fresh pizza - recommended by my daughter, fresh pasta dishes)
