Location was beautiful, we enjoyed the free wine and snacks at welcome hour and in the evening lounge, the facilities were great (we enjoyed the onsen, massage chairs, gym, coffee station, and scented epsom salts in addition to reserving/paying for a massage one day). Rooms were clean, comfortable, and spacious! The staff members were also very kind and helpful.
