We had an incredible time at Ocean 67 – hands down the best stay we had in all of Sri Lanka. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was outstanding. The staff are warm, happy, and genuinely go out of their way to make sure you’re having a great time. It felt like staying with friends. The property itself is beautifully designed – modern, stylish, and spotless, lovely design with a strong focus on natural materials. The atmosphere is relaxed and family-like, which made it all the more special. The food was delicious, and every little wish was taken care of with a smile. The location is perfect, offering the best of beach, pool, and pure relaxation. We loved it so much that we came back at the end of our trip to finish our holiday here. Also worth mentioning: the inspiring story of the owner, a local entrepreneur who built this place with real passion. You can feel the heart behind it.

Mixing Scandinavian minimalism with tropical flair, Animals truly feels like a home away from home. We loved the practical yet beautiful rooms and the matching pink bathrobes (so stylish and comfy!) The open-air common area felt like a cozy living room, inviting you to relax, read, enjoy, or even work. The breakfast was delicious, and we loved simply lounging by the pool! You can also rent scooters for a great price, which is a fantastic way to explore the area. The atmosphere is fun, hip, and personal, and the whole team is so kind, warm, and attentive! It was a pleasure meeting the owners Aandala and Arvid, and the manager Roderick. Thank you all for the lovely conversations and tips! We wish you a successful season ahead and hope to be back!

We stayed for 5 nights over New Year’s and had an unforgettable stay. The location is perfect – only 5 min to the main road via a shortcut, but far enough to stay quiet and relaxing. We felt very safe and genuinely welcome in the neighborhood. There’s also a new gym nearby and great restaurants! The entire guesthouse, including the pool area, is beautifully cared for, and the hosts are incredibly kind and welcoming. They even invited us to join their New Year’s tradition and tea party, which was a special highlight. We highly recommend the breakfast too! Our room was modern and spacious. We especially loved the AC, great WiFi, and bathroom. Towel change, room cleaning, and a laundry service were offered, and everything worked seamlessly. This place is a true hidden gem, and we would love to return one day. A heartfelt thank you to the hosts for such a special time!

Crown Breeze er staðsett í Ahangama, 1,8 km frá Kabalana-ströndinni og býður upp á gistirými með garði, ókeypis einkabílastæði, verönd og veitingastað. The rooms are big, super clean, and really comfortable. The whole place is beautiful with a great pool. Breakfast was really, really good, and the staff were the highlight: so friendly, warm, and helpful all the time. It’s also perfectly located very quiet and peaceful, but still super close to the beach, the town center, and the surf spots.

4Suns villas er staðsett í Ahangama, 700 metra frá Kabalana-ströndinni, og býður upp á garð, verönd og útsýni yfir sundlaugina. I loved the whole atmosphere. Lush garden, well equipped kitchen (water and coffee too, that’s an enormous extra), clean rooms and comfy beds. Room gets cleaned everyday which was a nice surprise. They have an outdoor shower for comes handy after surfing. Kabalana beach is approx 10 mins and the location is fairly close to everything - if not, tuktuk. :) Ac works properly and you always get warm water. Staff are extra cute and nice. Pool gets cleaned fairly often too, our son loved jumping in 7/24.

Best start to our family trip in Sri Lanka. First, the hotel atmosphere and views are amazing. An infinity pool puring into golden sanded beach with tall palm trees. The hotel staff really did above and beyond to help us in whatever we needed. Rooms are spacious and are beautifully decorated. Food is next level, fresh and tasty. If you want a 10/10 experience, this is the place.

Villa Windfall Unawatuna er staðsett í Unawatuna, nálægt Bonavista-ströndinni og 1,5 km frá Jungle-ströndinni. Boðið er upp á svalir með fjallaútsýni, útisundlaug og garð. Very clean and comfortable room! The staff were super friendly and attentive.. made me feel right at home. The the pool and garden area is very pretty and I loved the location, quiet but only a 15 min walk from the beach strip area. Also the hostess makes a yummy breakfast with the freshest fruit I’ve ever tasted! I hope to be back.
