The Golden Crown Hotel is a 5-star hotel located in Ampitya, Kandy, Srilanka. The Golden Crown hotel was absolutely stunning and honestly exceeded my expectations. It truly felt like a five-star experience. The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming throughout our stay. We especially enjoyed the offerings at the hotel restaurant, where we had breakfast, but also decided to have two additional dinners — both of which were absolutely fantastic. On top of that, the hotel surprised me with a birthday cake, which was such a thoughtful gesture and made my special day even more memorable. All in all, we were extremely satisfied with our stay. Thank you for making our experience so wonderful!

Gistirýmið er með garðútsýni og svalir. we loved how the place was designed meticulously by the owner himself. The room is cozy, quiet , surrounded by greens. AC works fine. The owners are friendly and approachable. They recommend us things to do in Kandy as well as easy way to catch the train.

From arrival to departure all the staff were friendly willing to help and flexible. My partner and I enjoy an early coffee at our home and looked forward to something not Nescafe. Spoke to the kitchen guys, "no problem", 6am? No problem. Freshly brewed while I watched chopping of onions and grinding of fresh coconut. Nothing was a problem! Meals, hot, fresh tasty, varied. Breakfast and dinner both excellent. Nice pool liked by the children. Pretty garden. Second time in Sri Lanka and I guess I won't make it again in this life. Hopefully my children and their children will return to stay with the Surveyor's crew.

The Grove er staðsett í Kandy, 10 km frá Kandy Royal Botanic Gardens og 15 km frá Kandy-lestarstöðinni. Boðið er upp á garð og fjallaútsýni. We had two nights at the Grove and everything was perfect. We had the family room which was enormous with a beautiful shaded balcony overlooking the mountains. The breakfast was phenomenal- eggs and sausages, followed by platters of French toast and pancakes and finally a plate of fresh fruit. We ate their both evenings and the dinners were excellent. We especially loved the infinity pool which was perfect for a cool down and big enough to get a proper swim in after a hot walk or run.

Everything about the property was exceptional. Extremely beautifully built and maintained, loved the theme around sustainability. Highly recommend if you’re visiting Kandy . The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The food was excellent! Would love to visit again sometime soon. Pictures don’t do justice to how beautiful this property is.
