Room is big and comfortable. Hot water is satisfying. All the staffs are so kind and friendly. They serve us the dinner even at 9 o’clock until we finished our massage. Meals are simple but delicious. The only pity for us is that we only stay one night! I hope I can visit Sigiriya and stay in this hostel.

The hotel staff went above and beyond for my partners birthday, we couldn’t thank them enough. Room was beautiful, clean and modern with an excellent view! Pool was lovely and had amazing views of Lion rock. Breakfast was also really tasty! Would 100% recommend and return!

This location surpassed our expectations and is a perfect place to stay while being in Sigiriya, no exaggeration. The owners (whole family) and the staff are lovely people who will go the extra mile and ensure that you have the best time here. From the assistance during a late check-in (around 23:00), to finding the best transport and attractions for a very good price, to preparing a delicious breakfast or dinner. As the place is located far away from the main street, one can find total inner peace, with peacocks and monkeys running around. To mention the extremely well maintained swimming pool! Main attractions are easily reachable by tuk tuk, and there are a few restaurants, as well as several convenience stores a few minutes by walk. All in all, it was the best decision to pick a spacious water cottage here, would come again without hesitating! Make sure to bring some cash, it will make everything smooth and easy.

It is a brand new family run Hotel in an ideal location, very close to the Sigiriya Lion Rock. The rock is visible from the hotel! Lovely owner/ family were very attentive to all our requests. They even arranged a superb safari for us on request. Very safe for solo/ female travellers as well. Mr. Asanka deserves special mention as the chef. His Sri Lankan dishes are a must try! Well worth the price! Will definitely come back!

Location and accommodation was dreamy. A cabana in the jungle and a swimming pool in addition. Wonderful and nice owner who is very helpful. Dinner and breakfast was another highlight. I can only recommend staying there - it is on top only a 15 minute walk to Sigiriya rock.

Our stay at this wonderful hotel was truly unique. From the moment we were welcomed with a warm, traditional greeting, we knew this place was special. The design is absolutely stunning, with meticulous attention to detail. The hotel is immaculately maintained—a magical natural gem. The entire staff is kind and pleasant, and the service is incredibly efficient. The breakfast was diverse and delicious. There are plenty of options to spend extended time on-site, whether you want to enjoy the tranquility of nature or use the facilities like the gym, pool, or snooker table. We only wish we could have stayed more nights
