Such a peaceful setting on the edge of the forest. The accommodation is fabulous, spotlessly clean with all the additional items needed for your stay. Complementary water and soft drinks in the mini fridge, replenished every day. The staff are all amazing 👏 super friendly, and obliging. The restaurant is 5 star quality with an extensive menu. The chef and his team produce outstanding meals, highly recommended 👌

Il Frangipane er staðsett í Sigiriya, 1,9 km frá Sigiriya Rock og býður upp á gistirými með útisundlaug, ókeypis einkabílastæði, garði og verönd. The hostel is gorgeous and beautiful. Room is big and comfortable. Hot water is satisfying. All the staffs are so kind and friendly. They serve us the dinner even at 9 o’clock until we finished our massage. Meals are simple but delicious. The only pity for us is that we only stay one night! I hope I can visit Sigiriya and stay in this hostel.

Sigiriya Sun Shine Villa er gistirými með eldunaraðstöðu í Sigiriya. Ókeypis WiFi er í boði á almenningssvæðum gististaðarins. Villan er með loftkælingu og veitir gestum þægilega dvöl. Extremely clean, spacious room with pool view. Pool was great! There is a lake also at the property. Management was helpful and friendly. Amazing safari was also arranged by them. Food at property is also great!

Situated in Sigiriya, 8 km from Sigiriya Rock, Cloudz Sigiriya features accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a garden and a terrace. The staff is really nice, warm welcoming, the rooms are very nice and the bathroom is so big ! So nice that everything is “open” The dinner was so yummy too !!

We had a great 3 night stay at Lion See Hotel. Great accommodation,walking distance for restaurants and shops but off the main strip so very quiet at night. Our room was very clean and had everything we needed. The A/C worked perfectly and the water temperature and pressure were flawless which is not always the case when travelling. Bed was very comfortable and pool was refreshing in the hot afternoons. The team there were so helpful and the included breakfast was great with a little bonus of a view of lions rock every morning while we ate. Definitely recommend!

Sundaras Infinity Jungle Resort & Spa er staðsett í Dambulla, 22 km frá Pidurangala-klettinum og 1,3 km frá Dambulla-hellishofinu. Hotel: Very tropical setup with the restaurant being a sort of a tree house. The pool below the restaurant with the bar making all kinds of drinks (they even have happy hour). The DJ playing lounge music in the main area of the hotel adds to the tropical vibe as well. Rooms: The rooms are clean and quite spacious. They have a balcony into the main area where you can also hear the music playing in the evening, which creates a nice atmosphere. Decent wifi. Food: Breakfast doesn't have a lot of options but the food is fresh and very tasty and quite filling as well. Restaurant while on the pricer side (3k lkr for main), has bunch of different options to choose from and the food is very tasty (we've eaten there multiple times) Finally: The staff was very pleasant and supportive. They even got us things from the store 😂 They helped us with the taxis both inside Dambulla and arranged a very good taxi to take us to Ella. The person drove us for the whole day stopping along the way where we wanted.

Lion King Jungle Cabanas er staðsett í Sigiriya, 2,6 km frá Sigiriya Rock og býður upp á gistirými með útisundlaug, ókeypis einkabílastæði, garði og veitingastað. Location and accommodation was dreamy. A cabana in the jungle and a swimming pool in addition. Wonderful and nice owner who is very helpful. Dinner and breakfast was another highlight. I can only recommend staying there - it is on top only a 15 minute walk to Sigiriya rock.
