The apartment has everything you need for your stay. If you need anything Mike is always available and ready to assist you. The infinity pool at the roof is amazing, very clean and with a great view of the city and surrounding. We had a great stay at Kippal, for sure recommend it!

A very special and authentic place! The owner and her daughter are really lovely people, and Xiknal is a home away from home. A place to slow down and relax! The courtyard is really beautiful, and the room has everything you need. And Paloma (the dog) is extremely cute and playful! While being super close to the city center, it is very quiet, which I deeply appreciated to get proper rest after diving. The staff were super helpful and looked after my bag when I had checked out. I would come back in a heartbeat!

We loved using the outdoor kitchen and BBQ. We had a few small issues, and they were looked after immediately and so discretely. It was great that the ocean was right across the street with a free beach area very close by for some lovely snorkeling.

We spent such a wonderful time at the hotel and made tons of beautiful pictures)! The breakfast was great! Bath tub and jacuzzy were just wow) Such a unique place with great vibe and attentive hosts! We were in Cozumel with the bicycles so it wasnt a problem for us to get there in 10 min from the center.

The room is clean and spacious. The location is great as it's near the downtown area (15 min walk) while in a quiet residential area. The pool is nice. We also like the fact that there's a common kitchen so we can make quiet breakfast before venturing out for the day.
